Volunteer Pharmaceutical Patient Assistance Program

The Stabler Clinic, PC is pleased to offer our citizens assistance with completing the necessary applications to receive free medicine from pharmaceutical companies.

Who is eligible?

Anyone without prescription drug insurance is eligible to receive assistance from this program regardless of your age.

When is the program offered?

Assistance is offered the last Saturday of EVERY month (except on weeks involving a holiday) from 9:00a.m. until 12:00p.m.  The following are the actual dates assistance will be provided:

November 19^th (3^rd Saturday)

Where is this program offered?

The program is offered in the Stabler Clinic’s main lobby area.  The Stabler Clinic is located at 300 N. College Street, Greenville, AL 36037.  See Facilities: Location on our Home Page for a directional map to our medical office.

What do I need to bring with me?

To receive assistance you must bring with you the following:

1.      Proof of Income

2.      Medicine bottles

3.      A friend or relative to help with refills
