Billing / Insurance
The Stabler Clinic, PC will gladly file your medical visit with your
insurance carrier. It is your responsibility to pay any co-pays at the
time of service. It is the responsibility of the patients or guardian
to pay any remaining balance owed after the insurance company has paid
its portion including co-pays and deductibles.
A $25.00 fee will be assessed for
any checks returned for nonpayment. Patients with outstanding balances
will be expected to pay the entire balance before any additional medical
care is given. |
